Anthony Collins Solicitors commissions RbD to engage with its clients

Research by Design has been commissioned by Anthony Collins Solicitors (ACS) to consult with its clients, and the wider market, to understand their views on ACS and law firms in general.

ACS is a legal practice based in Birmingham, which serves a national market in key areas such as community regeneration, charities, and procurement.

By enabling ACS to listen to and understand their clients’ views, the research will inform the firm on how they can better help clients meet their challenges and how well they perform against their expectations.

The consultation will include depth interviews with clients followed by an online quantitative survey.
