Another membership association client for Research by Design!

Research by Design has been commissioned by the British Veterinary Association (BVA) to undertake their membership research project ‘Your BVA, Your Say’.

BVA is the voice of the UK veterinary profession with over 13,000 members. It exists to represent the veterinary profession and enable members to fulfil their roles for the benefit of animals and the public good. 

The results of the important ‘Your BVA, Your Say’ research study will feed into all aspects of the BVA and allow the Association to adapt services, activity and communication to better suit members’ expectations and needs.

The research starts now and will continue over the coming months. The consultation will include exploratory depth interviews with a small number of members, followed by a wide-reaching online survey.
