Services
We have been designing, conducting and analysing research studies for over 17 years, with a focus on:
- Benchmarking and trends
- Market potential
- Segmentation
- Strategy development
- Business, consumer and stakeholder consultation
- Membership engagement, retention and attrition
- Staff perceptions and engagement
- Customer satisfaction, usage and attitudes
- Communication evaluation
- Brand development
The results have informed our clients and helped them develop strategies to support their corporate aims and objectives.
All our studies are rooted in our very personal approach, which begins with our commitment to fully understand your needs and the wider context in which you operate. We then draw on a range of techniques and research methodologies to gain the information and insights needed. To view our toolbox (e.g. online surveys, focus groups) click here.
Findings are analysed and interpreted in the context of your objectives and imperatives, and presented in a way that best suits your needs. This can be in a detailed, written report, as a summary document or presentation, or as an input into a workshop or project steering board.
Aside from implementing research studies we also work in a consultancy capacity with our clients, helping them review their information requirements and providing independent, objective advice on market research related issues (survey design; project tendering and evaluation; project management; data interpretation and reporting). This service is most frequently used by clients who do not have the in-house specialist skills required.
