With over 25 years of market research experience, I have worked for private, public and voluntary sector companies conducting both business to business and consumer research, using the full spectrum of methodologies. A full member of the Market Research Society, I founded Research by Design in 1994.
I am particularly interested in innovation and new research approaches and believe that challenging existing thinking is key to successful and pioneering research. Since joining Research by Design in 2009 I have brought this approach to my work.
Throughout my career I have been passionate about generating insight amongst audiences of various types, particularly those most ‘difficult-to-reach’ respondents.
