Pulse Check

Research by Design are pleased to be leading a vital piece of research across a syndicate of membership organisations to support and monitor the wellbeing of members during the coronavirus crisis.

PulseCheck is a short, regular survey tracking member experiences over time as the pandemic develops, enabling participating organisations to listen and respond to the needs of members and ensure members feel heard at this important time.

Participating organisations are free to use the data gathered for internal or campaigning purposes. Benchmarking is provided to allow for meaningful interpretation but the anonymity of individual and organisational results is guaranteed.

Current participants include a range of both medical and non-medical organisations of different sizes.

"By inviting us to participate in this survey RbD is helping us to understand the challenges our members are facing and how we can support them. It was clear that raising member concerns and the profile of the profession was key and IBMS has sought to provide members with a strong, respected and progressive voice in the media. The team at RbD are knowledgeable and supportive and their insight into the sector during this difficult time is invaluable." Lynda Rigby, Executive Head of Marketing & Membership, IBMS

"RbD’s PulseCheck has been an invaluable source of data on members’ experiences during this challenging time, and has helped us to adjust our services to respond to what’s happening on the ground. It’s been good to hear from a number of members that receiving the survey made them feel supported and positive about the Royal College." Rachel Purkett, Director of Engagement and Communications, RCSLT
