This is usually based on a large sample of your target audience (customers, prospects, staff, key stakeholders for example) so we are able to build a reliable picture based on solid data. 

This research is primarily used to measure perceptions, experiences, satisfaction, performance and behaviour (past, present and future).

  • Face to face interviewing (This could be in the office, home, street or another location)
  • Postal surveys
