RBD joins RBMG

In a time where good news is sorely needed, we’re delighted to announce that Research by Design has joined Red Brick Media Group (RBMG). RBMG owns Red Brick Research, a leading market research company specialising in growth insights in higher education, healthcare and financial services – so we’re in safe hands.

This investment will allow Research by Design to respond to the increasing demand for our services. We will be able to expand our team, extend our thought leadership activity, and continue to galvanise membership organisations to focus on the things that really matter to make them successful.

Ruth Bolle will be leading the team day to day in her upgraded role as Managing Partner, while Heather Forrester – our Founder and Managing Director – will be consulting with clients as Senior Partner.

We have been extraordinarily busy over the last couple of months helping clients navigate this current climate. In the Spring we launched PulseCheck – our first ever syndicated tracking study providing professional membership organisations (particularly in healthcare) the ability to monitor and quickly respond to the changing working conditions and wellbeing of their members during the coronavirus pandemic. The project has been a resounding success, securing press coverage for participating organisations and lots of positive feedback from members themselves.

We’ve also been working on a number of important bespoke research projects for clients including the Royal College of Nursing, Royal College of Anaesthetists, British Medical Association, Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, the Nautical Institute and others.

There has never been a more urgent need for the type of high-quality strategic insight on which we have built Research by Design. If you’d like to commission us to provide insights for your membership organisation or be a part of PulseCheck, email info@researchbydesign.co.uk now.
